iPhone 6 Impressions

It has been over 3 years since I got a new phone, which was an iPhone 4S. It was a sizable leap from the 3GS as it sported a faster processor, solved the antenna issues, introduced Siri and vastly improved on the camera, which is okay, but still inferior to the Canon Powershot S110 I own. Since then, I didn’t care about getting the latest iPhone since I only browse the web, check my email, use it as a Japanese electronic dictionary, and to listen to music besides being my phone.

Now that AT&T is getting rid of subsidies and that iPhone 6S won’t be much of an upgrade except for a better processor and camera, I decided to upgrade in the last week of May at the Apple Store in order to keep my unlimited data. With that, I decided to get an iPhone 6 64GB model since the 6 Plus is way too big for me.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Part I) – Short Impressions

It’s been a long time since I have read the 7th to last book, which is the darkest out of the whole series. As you already know, several characters dies including Dobby… NOOOO!

Besides that, the movie is pretty close to the book with a few exceptions that I remember off my head.

The wedding scene is cut short… In the book, it’s an important part.
Harry and Hermione dancing with each other in the film… I don’t remember that part from the book…
Percy Weasley quitting the ministry… Then again, his character kind of got cut from the other films
In the film, Harry talks to the old lady in snake language off the bat… it happens later in the book…

Otherwise, it’s a good movie… It gets a 8.4/10… The next part is obviously going to be epic with the battle at the end.

March Madness… Time to write those Final Anime Reviews!

When I thought I have enough work, I have been given more when the Winter Anime season end or more like when every Anime season ends. Reviews are fun as I can express my overall thoughts on a series I watched in whole, but writing them takes awhile…. 1 to 2 hours to finish, but they are worth it in the end. All of them are written in MacJournal first and sent to the blog where I make some final adjustments because I hate losing my hard work if the databases crashes again.

And the review that remains the hilarious is no other than Suzumiya Haruhi S2
